My son came home unexpectedly and caught me exercising....
.......he had a laughing fit when he saw me using can goods for my weights!
He said "food is in every part of your life, mom"
or something like that.....
...and proceeded to run get my camera so it could be my picture of the day...
.....I didn't have the heart to tell him that I am just cheap.

that is hilarious! but i must say 'good for you' for excercising!... even if it involves food! :D
Even the name on the can fits it - what a "great value" when you can exercise with it, then eat it!
