We had friends over for dinner tonight.
I decided to make this easier on myself and have everything prepared and chopped before I started cooking (like they do on the TV shows!)
.....totally against my nature!!
but I may have to change my nature!

Yum! Occasionally I chop and prepare before cooking and it amazes me how quick it makes the cooking. I should do it more often too.
