We drove to Dallas today to see my Aunt. Alyssa came from Abilene to meet us there.
What a blessing to see her but heart breaking as she cried when we walked in and cried when we left.....that was hard. She looks great, but is very frustrated by not being able to communicate. I can only imagine how it must feel to know what you want to say, but not be able to get it out. Even with that, we had such a sweet time with her!

wow, we were very near one another Friday! how funny. i was in Ft.Worth for the weekend. it's great you guys got together to do this. how special.
